The Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort have a new official camera.
Last month, Nikon and Disney announced a multi-year alliance that named the camera brand as the official camera for the resorts.
The agreement means that Nikon will have branded "Picture Spots" throughout the theme parks at Walt Disney World and Disneyland, giving guests the chance to take their vacation pictures as ideal photographic locations.
"Our Disney Parks are among some of the most photographed locations in the world, so it is only natural for us to further develop our relationship with Nikon, who shares our commitment to capturing magical moments and making memories," said Meg Crofton president of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Operations, US and France.
The new Nikon-Disney alliance also means that Disney PhotoPass photographers will exclusively be using Nikon cameras and accessories. The Disney Fine Art Photographers at Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons and the Adventure Guides with Adventures by Disney will also be using Nikon products exclusively.

I'm really happy that they've gotten a new photography sponsor!

I hope Nikon will be the sponsor of imagination and I have a Nikon Cool Pix camera!

Hmmm... Seems like that's just making something that always was, official. Every time we have gone, every Disney photographer has always had a Nikon camera, so I think the only thing new might be the branded photo spots.
