Registration is now open for the first-ever Disney Fit Challenge at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
This event is planned for September 26-28 and will feature athletes competing in different fitness challenges that will test their speed, strength, skill, endurance, balance, and powers.
The Disney Fit Challenge events are designed based on age and skill level. The more experienced athletes will be participating in movements includes muscle-ups and double-unders, while the "recreational" participants will take part in box jumps, kettle bell swings, squats, and more.
The competitors with the highest scores in each division and age group from the first two days of competition will advance to the final day.
The event will also feature a Health & Fitness Vendor Village where the latest fitness merchandise, products, and apparel will be available for purchase.
The Disney Fit Challenge is a collaboration with I AM CrossFit, one of the leading competitive fitness organizations in the Southeast.
Participants can register at the ESPN Wide World of Sports website. There is a daily admission fee for spectators of $16.50 for adults and $11.50 for children.
