There's been a lot going on down in Walt Disney World, as the Parks and Resorts get ready to greet the Spring Break crowds. Read on on to learn how the Disney crowd is kickin' it this Spring with new fun filled adventures, and old favorites that are standing strong.

Speaking of wonderful things going on at the Disney Resort Hotels, it should come as a surprise to no one that two prestigious awards have just been bestowed upon the ultimately elegant Victoria & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Congratulations to Executive Chef Scott Chunnel, Chef de Cuisine Aimee Rivera, Master Pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek, and Maitre d'Hotel Israel Perez for an amazing 18th consecutive years receiving the AAA Five Diamond Award. And in 2018, for the first time ever it has also earned the esteemed Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Award. Victoria and Albert's is the only restaurant in the State of Florida to hold both these coveted honors.
There's a brand new sporting adventure waiting for you at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course - FootGolf! Combining the fast-paced nature of soccer with the precision of golf this new sport has been taking the country by storm since 2011 and it's the latest in outdoor family fun at Walt Disney World. Played over Disney's 9-hole course, FootGolf provides a unique experience that requires players to kick a soccer ball into a cup, in a similar fashion to golf, by using as few attempts as possible. Guests can book tee times for FootGolf now. In a special promotion that runs through March 25, two guests can play for the price of one ($20) and that includes complimentary ball rental for both participants.
Hey - have we mentioned that the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is going on right now? I'm sure we have, because it's one of my favorite Disney events of the year! Be sure to head over to our friends at the Disney Food Blog to read all about the festival offerings! And while you're at Epcot enjoying this immersive tribute to everything lush and green, be sure to have the PhotoPass Photographers take your picture because there are some truly adorable new Magic Shots.
However, if like me you won't be headed back to Walt Disney World this Spring there's a new way for you to get your Disney fix at home. Disney and Google Earth have just launched a series of 360-degree panoramas that let you walk through the Disney Parks digitally. It's a fun way to loose some time Disney dreaming.
