Walt Disney World Resort Announces August Merchandise Events

If you have plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort this month there are several new merchandise events planned including fragrance events, artist showcases, jewelry collections, and new doll releases from the Precious Moments collection.

Artist meet-and-greets are planned at Walt Disney World Resort

On August 6-17 representatives from Precious Moments will be at a new location, Marketplace Fun Finds in the Downtown Disney Marketplace. Reps will be on hand to showcase new doll releases and meet fans. Doll designer Linda Rick will be available for a special appearance on August 8-9.

Artist William Silver will be on hand to sign his newest release on August 6-9 from 12-8 p.m. each day at the Art of Disney in Epcot. He'll also be meeting fans on August 13-16 from 1-9 p.m. at the Art of Disney in Downtown Disney.

On August 8 artist Jasmine Becket-Griffith will be part of an artist showcase and signing from 4-7 p.m. at the WonderGround Gallery in Downtown Disney's Marketplace Co-Op.

Fan-favorite artist Greg McCullough returns to Disney World on August 10-15 at the Art of Disney in Epcot. He'll also be at the Art of Disney in Downtown Disney on August 24-29 from 1-8 p.m. each day.

Reps from Kit Heath will be at The Tea Caddy in Epcot's United Kingdom pavilion on August 13-14 to showcase their jewelry collection.

Epcot is also hosting two separate fragrance events this month. On August 19-21 fans can meet fragrance designer Geir Ness at The Puffin's Roost in the Norway pavilion, and on August 19-23 Plume et Palette in the France pavilion is hosting a special Givenchy fragrance event.

And finally, the Disney Infinity 3.0 launch is being celebrated at Once Upon a Toy in Downtown Disney on August 28-30.
