Demolition of Sorcerer’s Hat is Underway at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

The iconic Sorcerer's Hat at Disney's Hollywood Studios is now surrounded by construction walls and the process of dismantling the hat has started. The most recent photos of the hat show nearly half of the park's former symbol has been removed but there is still quite a bit of hat left to go.

Great Movie Ride Dinner Coming In June

What's better than being able to go behind the scenes in the Disney Hollywood Studio's attraction the Great Movie Ride? Being able to pair an in-depth look at the ride with a dinner. Slated as the June event for "Tables in Wonderland," the Great Movie Ride Dinner is planned for Friday, June 15 and Saturday, June 16 from 8:00 - 10:30 PM.

Guests partaking in this special event will be able to access the Great Movie Ride after it has closed for the day and have a delicious three-part meal. Details on the meal are as follows:

Disney's Hollywood Studios is a park where there's something for everyone, whether you're a thrill seeker or more of a sit back and relax kind of guest. It's also one of our favorite places to spend a day.

And while everyone has their own method of touring the theme parks of Walt Disney World it never hurts to talk about tips for making the most of your day. So, we're going to spend the next few minutes talking about what we think are must do attractions, must see shows, and must eat foods at the Hollywood Studios.

We asked our Walt Disney World forGrownups Facebook fans, "What's your favorite ride or attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios?"

We got some great answers so a big thank you goes out to everyone who participated! A quick breakdown of the responses shows that Tower of Terror is the overall favorite with Toy Story Mania! coming in second, and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster placing third.

The Great Movie Ride, Star Tours, and One Man's Dream all got mentions as well.
