Theme park ticket fraud is an issue in Central Florida, home to some of the biggest theme parks in the world.
And Walt Disney World is lobbying for stronger penalties when it comes to fraud, in addition to stronger protections to apply to the MagicBands.
Under current Florida law it is illegal for someone to resell a multi-park or multi-day theme park ticket after it has been used once. However, the law requires the phrase "non-transferable; must be used by the same person on all days" to be on the ticket.
