So, does anyone know what all there is to do in Cape Canaveral? Is there good food?
Has anyone been to NASA? How's that tour, fun or boring?

I've only been there once and that's when I was in 2nd grade. I don't remember much about it. My guess is my older brothers were probably more interested in than I was. Today, I would find it interesting.
We went last year, and spent the day just in the main area. We never made it out to the launch pad tours. They have lunch with an astronaut, on certain days. You should also check to see if there is a rocket launch scheduled, they are usually in the morning, so you need to get there early.
Went to the Cape a few years ago. It was real cool to go on the restricted tour on the military side of the base. On that tour you get to see many of the early satellite launch pads and launch facilities. The famed launch pad 34 is also on that tour. I remeber there being alot of restaurants over in Cocoa Beach not far away from the Cape.
We went about 6 or 7 years ago and I can't really remember much except for touching the moon rock! I remember it being really cool though and we saw lots of eagles and gators there. I'd love to go back when my son is older.
