CHECK YOUR ADRs

I went on my Disney Experience to order Magic Bands and looked at my ADRs. They had my Candlelight Processional Dinner on the same day as MVMCP. That wouldn't work. Luckily they still had CP availability so a small disaster was averted.

The point is, check your ADRs- they do occasionally screw them up.

Are you sure is was they? biggrin It happens! A good idea to is to save all that itinerary as a PDF too and email it to yourself. That way you can get to it from anywhere, and when the app doesn't work in the parks, you can just check your email and look at the PDF and all your info is there. Just make sure all the info is right before you save it.

I agree with mrhub, I still like having that 'hard copy' with me when i go somewhere!

Could've been them and not the Colonel. When I made our FastPass+ reservations, the system somehow conglomerated two consecutive days of DHS FastPasses into just one day - gave us the second day's FastPasses at the first day's FastPass times while leaving the first day FastPassless. Fortunately I double-checked every day and made the necessary fixes. So as the Colonel said, it does pay to check.

I had a reservation for '50s Prime Time Cafe after park closing. I called Disney and they fixed it for me.

It was definitely them. I'm far too OCD to make that mistake.

we do double check and save it and email the itinerary also, but another thing I like to do upon arrival at check in is have the cm print out all of our adr's separately and then I put them all in order of adr and leave them all together in the kitchen so that way everyday before we leave we can take the right copy with us and we have a hard copy with the confirmation number with us just in case there is that rare mistake

I asked them to email the CP confirmation to me, but they said they couldn't do it. In fact, until My Dis Experience, I was always wary as I had confirmation numbers but no record, even for tours. I would call and confirm a number of times before my trips. I've heard stories of ADRs mysteriously disappearing. From now on I will have them print my ADRs at the resort.
