Have you done all the rides and shows at Disney World?

I've been to WDW many times and I still haven't done everything there. I can think of several rides I've never done and quite a few of the shows. Just counting the 4 theme parks, what percentage of the rides and shows do you think you've done?

I'd guess mine is about 80%.

Not even close!! I think mine is about 90%. I've never done Stitch's Great Escape and finally just got in a couple of classics -- the Country Bear Jamboree and the Tiki Room (might have done those as a kid, but don't remember!)

If I don't count the roller coasters, I've done just about everything...you'll NEVER get me on a roller coaster...so I guess I'll never hit 100%. I just don't do well with the "falling" sensation...so TOT is out of the question also!!

I think I've missed about half the things in Animal Kingdom and Disney's HOllywood Studios, to be sure! WE keep doing our favorites over and over again!

Millie -- we're not big fans of very steep drops, but ToT works for us for some reason!

I'm going to work up the nerve in November to try Rock 'n Rollercoaster. I've heard that there are no "drops" per se...I can handle loops and corkscrews just not the steep climbs and drops...

Does Splash Mountain count?

I'd like to think we've done most things, but in reality there must be loads we've missed, particularly the kiddie rides in Fantasy Land.

Sadly, yes. Anything that makes me feel like I'm falling is a no go...spin me around like crazy and I'm OK. And heights aren't a huge problem...just that falling sensation. eek

Tony and Millie -- Have you guys done Goofy's Barnstormer? That's the one everyone seems to miss... Not sure it's necessarily a "falling" roller coaster, Millie Smile

Never done the Barnstormer, should it go on the list for our next visit?

One day I'll sit down with the park guide maps and work out exactly how much we have missed, rides, shows and other attractions.

laugh Barnstormer is not worth a wait. If there's no line, give it a try just for fun mickey I like all the sight gags in the loading area.

Oh, Barnstormer's great. Those seats are pretty small for two grownups though! I always feel giant!

Millie, I guess that means you don't do TOT then huh?. R & R coaster is great and there's no "falling feeling" on it, just the "I cant breath feeling" as Scrappy would say. It's not that bag really. It just took her by surprise.

That's a great question about RNRC. You get a sensation similar to dropping on the takeoff, but that's largely it. Very little stomach drop after that and the first one is more like a car accelerating really fast. Have you ever tried it Millie?

Hi,

I think I've done about 90 percent of the rides and attractions at WDW as of 2007, the last time I went. I haven't been on Goofy's Barnstormer or on most of the kiddie rides in Fantasyland (this includes Triceratops Spin in AK's DinoLand, and The Magic Carpets of Aladdin in MK's Adventureland, both Dumbo clones).

I've never seen the movie/done the marshmallow roast @ Fort Wilderness.

We've yet to see to see Beauty and the Beast and most of the rides in MK kiddie land (in addition to the previously mentioned Dumbo and the Hall of Presidents).

Yes - finally, a couple of years ago.

And I beg to differ: RRC was MUCH more intense than I expected (maybe it's just the dark.) I don't remember drops per se, but I remember thinking, "How bad could it be? It's Disney" on the way in, and "I'm never doing that again" on the way out (Hubs is the RC fan. But I love all the other Disney RCs. Not a big fan of ToT, but did it once because I will try most things once.

Brad - to your original question: I get so hung up in Epcot that there are vast areas of AK that I've never explored. Gotta do that.

The Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. It's on the left as you go into Adventureland from the Main Street U.S.A. area. It's all steps, and really neat. I didn't do it until I had kids, but it's a lot of fun.

How about Tom Sawyer's Island? I had never done that before kiddoes, either, but it's awesome!
