So sorry to hear about your cancelled trip 
I know what you mean about the weather. Here in Ontario our snow was almost all gone. It rained most of yesterday so even more was being washed away. Then I wake up this morning and the ground is covered again and it's still snowing

My mom is doing great...walking with cane and walking boot...boot should come
off in a week.....
Kitty Cloe has recovered nicely from her cancer surgery and is back to normal.
DISCLAIMER: PERHAPS TOO MUCH INFORMATION TO FOLLOW.
Amy has not faired as well.....
she will have a total hysterectomy on May 13th.
for a large fibroid tumor in her uterus and a double complex cycst
in her ovary that looks suspicious. The surgery has to be done the
old fashion way due to the mass size and the possibility of cancer cells.
She will be in the hospital at least four days and i will be home with
Her for at least three weeks....she will be home at least six weeks.

Thanks Ollie. I am doing very well. I have 20/20 vision in my left eye and I no longer have to wear contact lenses or glasses other than cheaters. This is a god send considering I have been wearing glasses since I was 7 years old.

Surgery is over........prelim tests show no cancer......secondary tests back in a few days but is expected to be good.....doc said her insides had quite a mess......they accidentally cut her bladder, which is a forewarned consequence, but they repaired it, she just has to take the catheter home for a few weeks........vitals are good, they hope to have her walking tomorrow, i get to stay with her tonite in hospital, she will be here several days........thank you again for all your good thoughts....
