A little bit of advice needed here from you professional trick or treat fans..This October will be our first time at this event...We are doing it on a Tuesday ( 21st ) ....What time is it best to arrive at MK.?..And what dinning plans do you make.?..Obviously I don't want to miss a thing so any advice would be much appreciated...Thanks again..

I don't do ADRs for MNSSHP; too much to do and see to waste time in a sit down restaurant. Cosmic Rays or Pecos Bill is fine. Don't miss the parade and definitely don't miss the fireworks. There are special Disney photo pass pictures for MNSSHP, find out where they are and get your pic taken. Have fun.

Cheers for that...Now considering something from Roaring Forks at WL around 3.00pm, and grab the boat to MK... awesome

We have an ADR at LTT for 4:25 on our day we plan to be at the park at 4pm go eat and then get in Line for jack and Sally at around 6 I would rather wait an hour in a queue before the party starts then miss out on other stuff

We have ADR at Tony's for 5.15 the party officially starts at 7pm but they let you in from 4pm definitely eat before the party starts because we didn't the first time we went and we felt we were rushed the rest of the night!

make sure you see the parade but try and see the 10.30 showing as its a lot quieter than the 8pm and like the Colonel says don't miss the fireworks!!! (and the pre show projection)

do the trick or treating! although I don't particularly eat a lot of the candy I get A) its a lot of fun to do and B) your DW can take some to work instead of buying candy and DS and you can dish them out to people instead of buying the good stuff!!!

there will be meet and greets for 7 dwarfs and jack and sally from nightmare before Christmas if you want to do either you need to be in line at least an hour before party starts otherwise it will eat into your party time big style

think I've covered everything?!

The Haunted Mansion usually has special photo opportunities too.... if you get your picture with the hearse, a ghost will usually show up in it (via Disney photographers), pictures with the CM's are fun too!

Depending on what type of ticket you have and whether or not you are using a day off of your pass for the morning of party day, it might be advisable to be in the park prior to 4pm (probably not able to enter in costume prior to 4) or wait until around 5pm. We went at 4:00 last year for MVMCP and it was a mad rush trying to get in right at that time. If you were already in the park, there were areas that you could go to after 4:00 to pick up your wristband and map without going back to the front of the park and contributing to the chaos.
