Our Official ADR's!(Sept 28th- Oct 3)

Hey Friends!
We will, of course, make an official Trip Report for this trip sometime soon, but for now, our 180 day mark is here! Here are the ADR's we plan on making this coming Monday...

Hoop-De-Doo Revue
San Angel Inn(dinner)
Sci-Fi Diner(dinner)
'Ohana(breakfast)
Crystal Palace(dinner)
Coral reef(lunch)

Any reviews/input/tips are more than welcome!

I'd love to hear how the Hoop-De-Doo goes - We cancelled it last year as we realised our whole vacation was planned around our eating - That's the drawback in free dining - you feel compelled to use it all!

Oh, and I've never done Ohana so would love to read how that goes.

I'm getting hungry now.. awesome

It looks like you picked lots of good places. Can't wait to hear what you think of Ohana. I had it on my list for this trip and than switched to Narcoossee's. Full report when you get back please.

How about trying for La Hacienda de San Angel for dinner instead of the San Angel Inn and try to get a seating before 9 pm? You might get a good view of Illuminations during dinner.

I would have voted for that, but the majority vote was for San Angel, which I'm also excited about- I haven't eaten there in a long time and I kinda forget about it! We're doing La Hacienda on our May trip- definitely gonna try for Illuminations viewing.

Are you also restricting the area where you do dinner due to some other constraint, such as transportation, etc.? If not, and if you haven't done it, I will always recommend Boma at AKL for dinner.

Oh, believe me, man, ALL the restaurants at AKL are high on my list of must-eats at WDW. We did have some time/location restraints, and that along with everyone's preferences(we have a couple very picky eaters), nostalgic favorites, and everything in between led to this list. We had many discussions about dining- it's just a miracle we narrowed it down, lol.

Someday, I'll go and just be super adventurous in all my dining choices, and whomever I go with will just have to be along for the ride. silly

We ate at Coral Reef about 6 years ago. It was lovely. The reviews on some of the sites moan that the service has gone down hill, but it was very nice.

We had lunch at Coral Reef a couple of years ago and didn't have a good experience, food was OK setting is good but they just mucked things up and it has left (excuse the unintentional pun here) a bad taste and a don't want to go back feel. But that is the beauty of people others love it so don't be put off Smile
