I LOVE fresh strawberry shortcake. Wife and I have started making strawberry shortcake at home using the recipe on the Bisquick box and I have to tell you, it's awesome!

Years later I've joined wdwforgrownups (although I'll never grow up when it comes to Mickey and related topics/places). My bride Kathy and I have been on the Animal Kingdom Back Stage Safari and part of the fun was a trip on the "Savanah" at Animal Kingdom Lodge (though we went to all three Savanah's on the treck). Jiko was fabulous-o-sooo-good!!!
So excited to be scheduled for DVC Member Cruise on Jan 10-13 and then another week at Animal Kingdom Lodge (Jambo House) after that. Spent last Christmas in same resort with entire family. Looking forward to just me and Kathy (and Mickey) this time.

One of my favorite restaurants is Narcoosees. We have a resv there on 1/13/13 with some friends who LIVE in Orlando. Tuna was my favorite dish there and French Pressed Coffee with dessert (who cares what kind).

From Sanaa I'd order the appetizer sampler, the choice of two platter with the Basmati rice and Spicy Durban Chicken and Beef Short Ribs, Bread Service with the servers recommendations for accompaniments, and warm rice pudding for dessert. Great, now my mouth is watering!
