Ha! A "pumba!" I wonder how many kids are growing up calling animals by their disney names Smile

There has to be only one noteworthy one in the movie though. You can't call a lion a Simba, because there are several lions of note, but I don't think there's another meerkat besides Timon. So you have Pumbas and Timons! silly

True, we have a fish tank in the lobby at work with one blue tang swimming in it (among other saltwater fish) and I always lovingly refer to it as Dory.

Where is that shot taken from? Did you patiently wait for two monorails to be passing?

It's from an observation deck at the Contemporary.

I was waiting for a monorail, but was lucky enough to see two of them at the same time.

laugh It's Goofy's fun roller coaster. SF, you should visit Toon Town next time; you can walk through Mickey's and Minnie's houses--it's actually quite clever!

It (Toontown) is definitely worth checking out at least once. We don't spend a lot of time there, but it's fun to look at. It's often got good candy stops during the MNSSHP too!

I think it's fun to be in such a "cartoon-y" atmosphere. The architecture makes you feel like you're in a comic book.

Since I don't have kids, I usually only stop here once at the end of the trip for a photo-op with the mouse. laugh

Question: Does Mickey still do "costumed" photo ops? You used to be able to get photos with him in different "outfits." Does he still do that?

I am not sure, but I have only seen him in his red shorts in the judges tent, but perhaps I am just unlucky.

The costumed characters at MNSSHP are so great. I hope they have more places to see them.
