Maybe people just move faster when ZapperZ is around. I won't speculate on why that would be. laugh

Not just people, but if you recall, Dumbo moves faster as well!

I always wonder how to get those "blurry people" in the pictures to show movement. Never know what setting to use. Great photo, Zapperz!

I only have a point-and-shoot camera. So I have no control over the shutter speed. However, to get good night shots, I have to turn off the flash, and I usually set it to manual mode with ISO 100. So the camera does the rest under that condition, which means it will know to slow the shutter speed, etc.

When I try to do that, the whole shot goes blurry because I can't keep my hands still enough. I need a gorilla pod thing.

Definitely. If you turn off the flash, and you're taking a picture in low lighting, then since the shutter will open longer, you will need to have it on steadier platform, such a tripod (or gorilla pod). It will also help if you use the 2-second delay on the camera so that you don't cause it to vibrate or move when you click the shutter.

That's cool how you can see through the globe. Or is that just a trick of the light?

Obviously, this is from a while back, but to answer that question...

You don't think it looks a bit too busy for a desktop wallpaper?

No way! It's got that whole "journey into the jungle" thing going on. I really like it for a desktop.

I'm with Bali, the Jungle Cruise thing is a great Desktop because it's "Sneaky Disney." You can't tell immediately that it's a Disney pic.

Sarah, we have lots of artistic pics of Mickey Mouse or Space Mountain! Although throwing in a bit of obscurity does add to the fun. Great pic!

@Sarah -- Can't wait to see more!

@Zapperz -- Thanks for the reminders of Downtown Disney. I never get there enough for my liking, and you always post great photos (where it doesn't look as BUSY as it usually does!)

Here's the Biotech Lab from the Living with the Land boatride

That's a great shot Sara. Were you watching the people on Dumbo, or did you just happen to get that while taking photos of the fireworks?

At first I was kinda annoyed that the ride was in the way, I was playing with a new camera that night. But it turned out to be a good shot of the ride and the fireworks..

So many photo ops with that themeing. They've made it spooky even in the middle of a bright, Florida day with lots of people around. Some good imagineering there.

Turned out really well. How did you get a crisp picture of the ride while still with a long enough "exposure" to get fireworks?
