Your typical daily meal breakdown

We typically eat two Table Service meals per day. We mix it up, but that's definitely the most common outcome. How about everyone else? Sometimes we actually do 3 (and always regret it). Does anyone else go for 3 TS meals? What's your average day look like by meal type?

If we're up to do breakfast, we get something light - a muffin on main street, something in the hotel...something like that. Lunch is counter service wherever we are and dinner is TS. We did do a COUPLE of two TSs on our honeymoon (Biergarten for lunch, Boma breakfast - not the same day) but usually just one TS a day. Our snack tended to be saved to later at night. With dinner reservations at 5 or 6 and going to midnight or later, but 10 or 11 we'd usually want a snack...

Breakfast is usually something light on the run for us although we do have a TS breakfast a couple of times each trip. Lunch again usually junk food on the run but we always try to get TS for dinner although a couple of times per trip we may just get fast food for dinner and sit somewhere nice to eat it. On our last trip one meal was fish and chips from Ramsdens sitting in the town square of the England pavillion listening to the live band and watching Father Christmas do his speach/show.

It's been so long since I've been there for the holiday season; I forgot about the Epcot Santas! mickey

We have a horrible habit of not eating breakfast in WDW. I have NO idea why we do this, because it just makes us overindulge at lunch and then feel crummy the rest of the day! laugh

Snack for breakfast (cinnamon roll, danish, bagel), a counter service lunch (salad, sandwich, pizza), and then a nice sit down dinner. I can't make 2 fulls meals in a day. This above is already more than I'm used to eating and makes me want to way down on the pavement full, sick, and sleepy. Once we usually do two sit downs but it's usually a day with a sit down breakfast, no lunch, and a relatively early dinner.

If we do a breakfast it's usually a late breakfast that qualifies as lunch (around 11ish).
Typically we'll grade something light and hit the parks..have a CS for lunch and an ADR for dinner.
There have been a few times that we did a lunch ADR instead of an evening one and we usually just felt like crap afterwards and went back to our room and napped the day away..which was totally not the plan.

We rarely have breakfast unless we're having a late lunch. We like to do as much TS as possible, so we usually just skip breakfast and then do TS lunch and dinner.

We usually do a TS breakfast around 8 or 8:30. Then we do a TS dinner between 5-6. Sometimes we will have a snack midday.

I kind of like this plan. Good breakfast to get started, then a nice dinner that leaves enough time at night for ice cream! biggrin

We usually do protein bars or breakfast bars on the way to the park, then often do a table-service lunch (as soon as the restaurants open) after spending a few hours in the park. Then it's back to the room to rest/relax. Sometimes dinner is table-service and sometimes we'll hit the parks again and get counter service. We like to avoid eating at typical mealtimes in the parks so that we can ride rides while everyone else is waiting for a table!
