Disney Cruise Line Announces Plans for Two New Ships
Disney Cruise Line has announced that two new ships will be joining the fleet in 2021 and 2023. The company says it has entered into a "memorandum of agreement" with the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany for the two new ships.
Two new ships coming to Disney Cruise Line fleet
No names have been announced for the ships that will join the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Magic, and Disney Wonder in the Disney Cruise Line fleet.
Disney is working on design plans and itineraries for the new ships and Imagineering is working on plans for new innovations for the ships.
The new ships will be approximately 135,000 gross tons each, making them just slightly larger than the Dream and the Fantasy. The ships will also have about 1,250 staterooms per ship.
