For those of you who like Disney and to watch detectives at work on the big screen, you're in luck. Looks like Disney has acquired an untitled project that will feature a reluctant female detective.
The project is to be penned by Ashley Bradley, a relatively unknown and untried screenwriter. Marc Guggenheim, best known for co-writing "The Green Lantern," is also on board as producer as part of Collider Entertainment.
Collider Entertainment was launched at last year's Comi-Con; this is the first project on tap at a studio for that fledgling company.
At this time, there are no real details about plot, but sources say the movie will revolve around a woman who discovers she is a relative of a famous detective and is forced follow in his footsteps.
Also in works for Disney in the detective genre is Agatha Christie's "Miss Marple," which Disney acquired the rights for in March.
