Earlier this spring Disney announced the complete overhaul of Downtown Disney into Disney Springs - recreating the current site into four distinct neighborhoods with more than 150 establishments.
Construction began this month and the new areas are expected to open in phases with the entire project finished by 2016. This means, guests will be dealing with ongoing construction for the next few years.
In a new ad campaign it seems that Disney is working to remind guests just how magical Downtown Disney is - despite any construction walls that might imply otherwise.
The first ad touts Downtown Disney as your "Youtopia" - a place with something for everyone in the family from shopping to dining. The other ad specifically talks about the World of Disney, calling it THE shopping hotspot in Downtown Disney with 12 rooms "bursting" with merchandise. Both ads promote the area as "a magical place that revolves around you and your family."
What do you think about the ads? Are they effective enough to keep the crowds coming to Downtown Disney during the ongoing construction? Leave us a comment and let us know!

LOVE it! I especially like the picture with all the large shopping/restaurant signs in the foreground. It looks like an exciting place to be! :)
