Registrations Open this Summer for Several runDisney Events

Over the course of the next three months registrations will open for three very popular runDisney events: the Star Wars Half Marathon weekend, the Disney Princess Half Marathon weekend, and the Tinker Bell Half Marathon weekend. And if you're planning on running any of these races you need plan accordingly.

runDisney Announces Race Schedule for 2015-16 Season at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland

The official runDisney schedule for the 2015-16 race season has been released and it includes nine popular races.

The season kicks off with the 2015 Expedition Everest Challenge at Walt Disney World Resort on May 1-2, 2015. Registration for this race opens December 16, 2014.

The second race weekend on the schedule is the 2015 Tinker Bell Half Marathon Weekend presented by PANDORA Jewelry at the Disneyland Resort on May 7-10, 2015. This event is already sold out.

Disney and PANDORA Jewelry Announce New Alliance with Merchandise Line and More

The announcement of a new "strategic alliance" between The Walt Disney Company and PANDORA Jewelry goes beyond bracelets and beads.

The partnership also brings with it PANDORA's sponsorship of the Wishes fireworks at the Magic Kingdom beginning this fall. And in 2015 the jewelry company will also become the presenting sponsor of the Tinker Bell Half Marathon at Disneyland.

Disney’s Princess Half Marathon Announces a ‘Frozen’-themed 5K and New Medals

The Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend has been Frozen.

Disney has announced that two events during the Princess Half Marathon Weekend, the Disney Princess 5K and the runDisney Kids Races, will have a Frozen theme. The medals for both events will depict a Frozen motif.
