I believe you. We got lucky here in south central Pennsylvania; we have two Wegman's within an hour's drive, and definitely worth the drive when I need some ingredients the local supermarkets don't carry.
My sushi I mad last night! Avacado, carrots, cucumber and Cajun shrimp. Um um good!

And this wasabi is kickin! It's not that powder stuff made into a paste. This stuff is good!

We have a collection of chopsticks from Epcot. We always get compliments when we go out for sushi!
And the other pic is our favorite local place. Fuji. They just opened one closer to us so we go more often now. They don't use a lot of rice which I like much better. *we tend to over order when we go, can you tell* There was of us this night....
The first time I had real sushi (raw) I may have had quite a bit of sake before hand. Now I love it and could have it every night
