That's a great idea.
I would ask a Disney concierge if they can wrangle up some discount Universal/Seaworld tickets!

Ha ha - I would enjoy that, but only if the suits are around.

I wonder if I can have the AP with photo pass assigned to me since i will be doing some park days without Benn and have mine reassigned to him...
Off to do some calculating to see if TiW is still worth it for us this year.
I emailed Disney earlier as we have just purchased our AP, I'd like to get the photopass and I was told I could upgrade to get the free photopass. Have you already used yours? As if you have I'm not sure you could have it reassigned... But could you 'take him with you' to Disney? Scan his band? Or if you are linked as family it might show in his photopass anyway...
Neither of us have activate our new AP yet. I've purchased and linked mine, but I haven't even purchased Benn's yet. We are linked as family, but unless I use one of my fingerprints for Benn's access, I don't think it will register that he is in the park. Or do you think I can just scan his band at photo pass locations? Oooh...that might work. But I bet it would have to be activated first, which means that he'd have to visit guest relations and activate his AP in person before I could use it for photo pass I think. (Here's a thought...after his AP is active, can I use Benn's Magic Band to get double fast passes when I'm alone? I don't think that FP is linked to park admission, right?)
RESOLUTION: YES! You can reassign an unused AP to another member of your party without using your fast pass selections. My original AP has been reassigned to Benn and I have one of the new AP's that includes Memory Maker that I will activate in November. Hooray!!
On a frustrating note, when DVC migrated to their new website last weekend, it kicked my old MDE problem back into active again and my cousin's tickets have disappeared from the user interface screen. Disney still has them, but I can't see them. It's not that I have concerns about my trip being ruined because Disney will fix it if something bad happens, but I'm annoyed that this technology is STILL so glitchy. I'm starting to think that Turbo from Wreck-It-Ralph programed MDE.
