We are actually discussing this. It will depend on how our budget comes in. We may opt to use someone outside of Disney if we are at or close to the minimum for our wedding. The reason for this is I feel the Disney packages are expensive. I maybe able to get a better photo package with video for the cost Disney will charge us for photo alone. If we aren't near the minimum I will purchase through Disney however.

Robyn, I think you might mean Randy Chapman? Since we only get an hour of photography with Disney's photographer, we booked Randy for some additional coverage. He's been incredibly sweet to work with so far and I love the creativity of his shots.

Omg yes I do, just realised randy Jackson is a judge on idol hahaha oops! The brides on my forum really recommend him(Chapman not jackson 
). If you want examples of his work or to read wedding trip reports with him in pm me and ill give you the forum details so you can have a read don't want to promote another forum on here (not that it would matter, this forum is worlds away from that one, I love it here)
