Good morning, LOL at least my power is back on. The skies should be clearing and it looks like I'll get out around my lake when the sun is out. I may have to bundle up but who cares at least I'll be getting out. So far today I've done Leslie Sansone's 5 really big miles and day 13 of the 30 day plank challenge. I picked up Rodney Yee's Daily Yoga library on Friday so today will be day 3 core along with my afternoon meditation. This week I'll be cooking and eating lots of celery, sweet potatoes, beets, parsnips, carrots and apples as I cornered the market on them at my farmer's market. Breakfast will be a mean green cleansing smoothie (kale, cucumber, celery, ginger, garlic and lime for a bit of a change) lunch is going to be a salad with spinach, celery, yellow squash and whatever else looks good in the fridge and dinner will be ratatouille and some beans.
