Walked my first 5k today and finished it in Disney time-no Disney sweeper for me! I was close to the end of the bunch, but not the last finisher, whew. Not ready to run yet, did what I thought was speed walking until I saw actual speed walkers 
. The treadmill and the track walking are really working for me, thank goodness. I'll try a couple more 5ks before January, I want to be running by then. Working for that Disney medal!
