WORKING OUT FOR DISNEY

I told ya so.....

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving. I hope Yogini made it on her cruise safely and is having the time of her life. I had the most wonderful meditation and yoga practice this morning. I'm feeling nice and light and my head is clear. It's almost time for me to start cooking. The roads are clear and the meal will be served at noon. I'm just glad with all the cooking I'm doing I won't have to do the clean up. Three dressings, one regular with sausage one vegan with vegan sausage and one gluten free vegan, 3 cranberry sauces all homemade one regular one orange cranberry and an orange cranberry sugar free, green salad, 3 bean salad, 2 types of dinner rolls both vegan one regular and the other gluten free, kale, broccoli in a lemon sauce (vegan), vegan pumpkin pie and the regular type and a large apple crumb. I'm sure I forgot to list something besides the turkey which I won't be eating LOL Breakfast will be a cleansing smoothie and dinner may be as well. LOL Going off to kneed some bread in a bit and the shopping tonight will give me a bit of a workout. Stay safe and warm and keep moving forward.

Well happy thanksgiving everyone...My DW is going to a funeral today in a wee seaside town about 10 miles away..So I'am going to take her out to the church and do a walk along by the beach..it's got a lovely scenic walk and on a clear day like today, you can see north of England and the Isle of Man..Famous for it's cats with no tails ( true ) So keep warm and have a good one..Easy on the Turkey...LOL.

We've been whining about the 3 feet of snow in our driveway the past 2 days - I think I will shut up now! That is a LOT of snow!

Well today is Friday and we have a gale warning..70mph...It's starting to blow a Hoolie and raining cats & dogs..( Meow Woof ) So I'am stuck in my kitchen marinating ribs for tonight..Apart from that, I can't leave the house as my DS has his play station 4 arriving by courier today between 9.00am and 5.00pm..So keep warm and safe folks..And keep dancing..

Well, I'm having a bake sale at school to benefit a local animal shelter, so today I was on my feet all day...you guessed it...baking! I'm exhausted, but hey, it's for a good cause.

Tomorrow I'll be at a religious event, so my exercise will consist of walking during the noon break. I'm hoping it won't be too cold otherwise it will be an indoor walk.

And then Sunday I will be...baking!

Next week is the last week of classes and then there are finals. I only have three actual finals, so it shouldn't be too horrible. Then I should be able to get back into my regular routine when I don't feel like pulling my hair out.

Good morning all! We had a great Thanksgiving meal at my Mom's and now I am making one for my birthday!
It is on Sunday but we can't wait!! We can eat it today and tomorrow!!
We are roasting a 7 lb chicken, homemade dressing, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberries, rolls, and pecan pie for dessert!!
No, didn't want a regular birthday cake. LOL
I am definitely going to bundle up and walk before eating all this!!
Weights today too.

Phew!!...Well it's Sunday evening and I have just had my second round of last nights Indian curry...That's it...Diet starts after Xmas...LOL...Hope all my friends are safe after seeing the train crash in New York..Be safe and keep warm people..And keep dancing..

Good morning to all the fine folks here Today I can finally catch my breath after the insanity of the weekend! Today I got up and did JM's extreme shed and shred and then after getting Jim off to work it was a nice quick stroll around my lake. 32 and a yucky mix was coming down but with no kids as grandma dropped them off at school (she'll drop their stuff off when she's finished shopping) and they won't be home until this afternoon I figured just go out and get it over with. Lots of greens to get my system back to normal. I ate well but extremely off schedule this weekend. My Christmas shopping is done and I put away the fall decorations and started getting out the Christmas stuff. The tree is up but I can't decorate it until the boys get home. We'll put on Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas while we do it. So happy to see King Fergus has posted and is well. Saying prayers for those that were in Glasgow. Have a magical day and keep moving foward

Christmas shopping done!!
Starting my decorating sometime this week.

Well our living room is finished, and the lights are working on the outside..Just the dining room to do tomorrow...Will post a video of our Monorail in action..LOL...

Good morning It's cold damp and cloudy so no outside walking until later. I did 5 indoor miles and some twisting for detox so far. But I'm still feeling a bit bloated, so lots of greens today again starting with a kale, ginger, garlic, lemon, celery and cucumber smoothie. Thinking about staying in if the weather doesn't get much better and just doing a longer practice this afternoon. Have a magical day and keep moving forward.
