Would You Aquaduck?

Just wondering who on here would be brave enough to ride the aquaduck out over the sea on the Disney Dream?

There is absolutely no way I would go on a boat that had a ride on it without going on said ride. All boats should have rides on. What's the point of a boat without a ride on it? Might aswell just swim.

I'd do it! Not sure why I'd be ok with this but not ok with that thing in Las Vegas - the stratosphere, I think it's called - that goes out over the top of the building.

It looks scary..going over the water freaks me out! But it looks sort of slow moving..so..maybe? I'm not sure.

Looks rather slow to me too. I'd try it once though. I wonder what the lines will be like...

I have seriously not gotten this video out of my brain..I am pretty calusterphobic..so this probably would not be a good idea for Bella.
However, my husband who is 1. scared of heights & 2. scared of dark deep water..thinks this ride looks awesome and wants to go STAT.

I am afraid of heights but I zip lined on the oasis of the seas so I definitely have to do this

I forgot to mention that I saw this on the Christmas Day parade as well..and it still looked awesome. Even my Dad who I have never seen go on a rollercoaster in his life was really intrigued by this one!

HECK YEAH!

The trick would be to find someone with whom to go on it. At the Great Wolf Lodge (one of a nine-hotel chain with indoor waterparks) in Scotrun, PA (the Poconos in east-central Pennsylvania, USA) I wanted to ride the watercoaster but wasn't allowed to do so alone (Ingrid and little Bobby were playing in the wave pool). A man and his son rode with me. Let me say that the ride's a bit faster than the video of the Aquaduck.

Yeah. No. No way am I ziplining. A plexiglass tube would be fairly difficult to fall out of. I'm thinking that the zipline would not so much be the same.

Yes on the Oasis Royals new ship has a zip line. It was a scary amazing feeling lol

It might sound funny but that's almost how I feel. I'm only iffy on cruising, but I really want to ride the Aquaduck. That and check out Castaway Cay. Disney knows how to hook me!

Since AquaDuck came on the scene, I've wondered about its similarity to the Crush'n'Gusher at Typhoon Lagoon. Anyone know first hand? I saw this article today that made me wonder again:

Yeah... ive never been on a cruise and im not a fan of going out on a boat in a lake and such. I know a cruise is a lot smoother and such, but these Disney Cruises make me want to try all of this fun stuff! And Castaway Bay looks sooooo much fun!

Wonder if we could get a big group together and get a WDWFGU discount? awesome That might get all of our cruise naysayers onboard. Honestly, cost is the only thing keeping us from going (well...and DH might be slightly panic-stricken about being Disney-immersed with no escape for multiple days. Not so for the rest of us.) We have had fantastic experiences on the 3 (non-Disney) cruises we've taken. AquaDuck is just icing.

Omg that ride looks amazing. I want to go on it so badly now! The only problem would be that none of my friends or family would go on it with me haha.
