One of the most surprising meals I had on my last Walt Disney World vacation was dinner at Victoria Falls Lounge at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. Victoria Falls is named for a spot on the Zambezi River that is easily one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world.
