What do you want to try the most? I would want the beef and the desserts!

I'm with you... beef and dessert. oh and cheese. But I think I'd be more excited to watch how the kitchen runs.. I find that fascinating!

I'm so food picky I'd probably only eat bread lol. I think this would not be a good option for me but I bet foodies would love it!

I always worry about that with fancy food. I'm much less picky than I used to be though.

Looks fantastic! I would want to try anything we couldn't do or get ourselves - so the asparagus would be interesting. So would the elk. The Wagyu and cheese would be high on our list, too. And if I'm going, I'm springing for the wines as well. Thanks for sharing, Caitie!

I think the beef would be great, but the caviar -- no thanks Wink

I wonder if they'd do a 9-course meal of desserts...

Haha on the desserts. Hey! I have an idea...how 'bout we go together? I can have your caviar, and you can eat my dessert! Deal?

I have no confess, I've never tried caviar. The concept doesn't seem to appealing to me.

We'll all go together and swap everything out we don't like. Servers will be raising eyebrows all over the place! biggrin

I love it. I know some people have kind of an "ick" factor where it's concerned, and no description that I give you will change that Smile But it's delicious, especially paired with creme fraiche or sour cream, and little blini or small potatoes, and champagne. Yum.
