Good morning!!! It is finally Friday!!! And two more days til our trip!!! Woo hoo! I am getting excited now!! Started packing yesterday. Cleaning out the refrigerator today and doing some laundry.
Hopefully walking outside since it is warming up in the 60s. Weights too.
Dinner is shrimp and red pepper stir fry.
Everyone have a great weekend and have a wonderful week next week. I will miss my friends on here a lot, but we really need this vacation!!

I think that would work best for me too! But really I think I've read that loosing weight is 20% exercise and 80% diet, so really just eating healthy foods and watching your calories will be the most effective way... I has been in my experience at least
