My chocolate fondue fountain. I love using it for parties, but cleaning it is a chore!

now thats interesting what is it Z?

I went downtown and came upon a vintage boat show. I used my remote to take 6 images of the boat at different exposures then blended them together with my HDR software.

That's looking into a vacuum cross at a photocathode plug that is about to be inserted into an accelerator.

Now that picture I really like. The other HDR pictures are nice, but to me they look to fake. They are not the "real" image. the way it is seen with the naked eye, but they are very cool pictures , don't get me wrong.

I guess I just like the true to life images better. I never gotten into editing photos though. If it's not good, I take another one. Sorry didn't have any non-Disney pics to post.

setting your white balance to the true lighting conditions goes a long long way to not needing to edit your pictures. Once I learned how to set my white balance myself vs letting the camera do it I spent allot less time editing my photos. I tweak here and there and I do the HDR photos simply because they appeal to the artist in me but allot of them dont get touched anymore unless I am trying to change the mood of a photo.

here is one of the untouched photos I layered with others to do the HDR of the ship.

photo editing if done with raw images allows you to bump the exposure up if needed so while you might not be able to get the image due to low light you can bump it up after the fact to still get your shot.

The blue sky above the Poly just looks so unreal and bright. That's a cool effect in that pic.
