November is just a couple days away and that means there are only a few weeks until the winter holiday season kicks off. Epcot's Holidays Around the World is scheduled to begin Friday, November 27 and runs through December 30.

The Walt Disney World Resort is seeking permission to develop 575 acres of wetland area, an increase from the original 350 acres it had planned to develop on the resort property over the next 30 years. The development plan has been filed with the South Florida Water Management District.

Sitting in DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney's Animal Kingdom guests will find The Dino Institute, a "one-time secret research facility and museum" that's home to some spectacular fossils and fossil casts. The attraction queue winds you through the research facility as Bill Nye narrates your journey. During the pre-show guests learn that they are about to board time rover vehicles and be sent back to the Cretaceous period for a peaceful tour.

Victoria & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa was recently named one of the top restaurants in the country in TripAdvisor's 2015 Travelers' Choice Awards. The restaurant is the only Florida restaurant on the list and is rank 6th out of 25.

The next stop in our 5 Reasons To Love series if one of my personal favorite spots, Liberty Square. From the funnel cakes at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments, and year round Holiday glee at Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe, to the Rivers of America and the spectacular Haunted Mansion, Liberty Square offers Magic Kingdom guests a look into the birth of a nation, it's people and frontier.

The Walt Disney World Resort is hosting the inaugural Latin Baseball Festival on November 20-22 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The festival is being called a cultural affair that combines food, entertainment, and a three-game professional Puerto Rican baseball series.

This annual fan favorite event is full of amazing tastes and sips to excite your palette and enhance your vacation. As the musical and entertainment acts in Epcot's World Showcase continue to change, we have news that a new group has recently debuted in the Morocco pavilion. The new band, Ribab Fusion, will be playing on select nights through January 2.
