Star Wars Episode VII To Begin Filming In May

With all the hype of the upcoming Marvel movies, it may be easy to forget a little movie franchise called Star Wars but hot on the heels of Marvels: Assembling the Avengers TV special, comes news straight from Lucas Arts at the Disney Shareholders Meeting.

Production will officially begin on Star Wars Episode VII this May 2014 at the venerable Pinewood Studios in London. Despite rumors to the contrary, Star Wars Episode VII is still being co-written and directed by J. J. Abrams.

Perfect Petals Brunch Announced for Launch of New Disney Collection by Vera Bradley Pattern

The Disney Collection by Vera Bradley is launching a new pattern later this spring, and to celebrate Disney is hosting a "Perfect Petals Brunch" on May 4.

The new pattern, "Mickey's Perfect Petals," will have its official debut during the brunch at Epcot's World ShowPlace.

The new pattern features spring colors and subtle Mickey Mouse designs that are similar to the Hidden Mickeys guests can find at Disney Parks.

Disney Changes Policy Regarding Upgrades to Third-Party Tickets

Following the recent ticket price increase at the Walt Disney World Resort, guests are finding that they can no longer upgrade third-party tickets without incurring additional charges.

According to an update at AllEars.net, "third-party tickets can no longer be upgraded to passes at a pro-rated rate, have days added on, or have options added at a discount."
