So this weekend has been pretty good for working out, Saturday we walked 3 miles and I ran for a mile first thing in the morning. On Sunday I had interval training and we spent the day walking around at an event. This morning. I have finished my curcit training. No walking through due to the rain. I weigh in on Sundays and Wednesdays. Yesterday I had lost 1lbMy start weight was 13'2" yesterday I was down to 12'10" so I've Magee 6lbs in two weeks. We have just under 7 weeks and my goal is to be 11'12". Fingers crossed
