So this weekend has been pretty good for working out, Saturday we walked 3 miles and I ran for a mile first thing in the morning. On Sunday I had interval training and we spent the day walking around at an event. This morning. I have finished my curcit training. No walking through due to the rain. I weigh in on Sundays and Wednesdays. Yesterday I had lost 1lb Smile

My start weight was 13'2" yesterday I was down to 12'10" so I've Magee 6lbs in two weeks. We have just under 7 weeks and my goal is to be 11'12". Fingers crossed

yay Congrats! Your post wore me out! Now, I have to go do weights otherwise I will feel really guilty! laugh

Great job everyone! I got up this morning and did 4 miles at an interval across the great Arthur Ravenel, Jr Bridge. It's a challenge and I thought I was going to pass out but I did it! And talk about an incline... (attaching a pic) But it is one of my favorite things to do. They do a run on this bridge every year in April. It's amazing crossing it with 50,000 of your closest friends!!! Then about 30 minutes of yard work when I got home. Sandwich for lunch (was so busy i skipped breakfast eek ) So I think I will treat my self a little tonight with something other than a salad!

that looks awesome, my run is sooooo boring. Yesterday I ran 5k at interval I tend to do 4 minute busts of running at a time with the middle one being 8 minutes. This morning I did circuit training and for the next 6 a bit weeks.

My body is changing. People have started commenting on it and I notice it around my face.... so I feel better, still sitting at 12'10" on my weight so hopefully Ill get in to single pound digits soon

it is hard, i can't lie but I have very good willpower as long as I have a goal.

its hard to eat a variety of things.

But the way I am looking at it is... that I have 6 weeks, then I have 2 weeks off at wdw to eat what i like, candy, burgers, fries and ice cream basically any thing Mickey shaped, and of course candy apples. then when we are back its about 8 weeks till xmas so i can get back on my diet for that goal, I have a wedding to attend two days after xmas and its black tie so I wanna look good for that xmas in our house is all based on food traditions, but I will just cut the carbs out. and eat a little less. I find the first two weeks of the year very depressing for a number of reasons so I am taking them off.. then I have 10 weeks till our wedding and wdw honeymoon.

Me and my fiance have booked the deluxe dinning plan for our 7 night trip as a post wedding treat for all out hard work.

So really its only 8 weeks at a time of dieting and eating low card, the key I have found is the mix up technique where you follow this plan

Week1- breakfast: eggs and dark greens, lunch: chicken and salad, Dinner protein and veg
Week2- breakfast: fruit, lunch: tuna and salad, Dinner protein and veg
Week3- breakfast: eggs and dark greens, lunch: canned salmon and salad, Dinner protein and veg
Week4- breakfast: Fruit, eggs and dark greens, Dinner protein and veg

and repeat

the key isn't cutting carbs cause fruit and veg are awesome and you can't over eat them, in fact don't count them. its cutting rice, bread, cous cous and potato in any shape or form... my rule is if the food has one of those words in the name don't eat it.

Hope that helps

Good morning!! It is cool and sunny!! I think fall is coming quick! It does feel good though.
Well I have to start seriously finishing my packing. It isn't one of my most favorite things to do. I am always thinking that I will forget something.
So along with that walking and weights to do. Dinner is tilapia and vegs packets on the grill.
Trying to clean out the fridge too.
Everyone have a great day!Smile You are doing great things!!

Yeppers! Maybe we can walk the bridge next time you are here! silly Been here since 1988! The year of the big snow and then Hurricane Hugo the next year. WELCOME TO SC!!! ugguh. Other than the bridge my run is VERY boring, treadmill or neighborhood.

Even with a goal, no carbs is a tough one for me. Even just limiting them. I am a potato and pasta girl Take those from me and I will cut you!!!!! mad

Wow that is a huge difference, that's something to be proud of right there, you are an inspiration.

I would say I'm around the size of your 2013 photo. I'm not fat but I am over weight, it's the trouble with being short I started the year at 14 and a half stone and have gotten down to 12'10" I think if I can get down to 12 stone I feel a lot happy about myself poolside, I'm also trying to tone up. If you like I can scan the pages of the work out plan I'm doing for you. I am noticing a difference after 2 and a half weeks, so maybe after 8 weeks I might achieve my goal.

So this weeks weigh in came in at around 12st 8lbs, it goes between 9 and 8 lbs depending on time of day but it doesn't matter as long as it's going down.... This week I have fallen off the band wagon twice once was a nice cream Sunday and today I ate a whopper at Burger King. But the thing is now I work out extra hard to combat it. We have added wii fit in to our dayley routine. I know, I know, it is pretty lame but it's great motivation, as it judges you and tells you off. Also on top of circuit training and running it's an easy way to fit in 30 mins of exercise, so for any of you that care here's my current work out schuele:

Monday : curcit training, 3 mile walk, wii fit
Tuesday: 5k running, wii fit
Wednesday: curcit training, 3 mile walk, wii fit
Thursday, 5k running, wii fit
Friday, circuit training, 3 mile walk, wii fit
Saturday: rest day, wii fit and some walking around town
Sunday, circuit trainig , wii fit

In total it's about an hour to an hour and a half a day of working out

Keep the faith everyone and remember if I can do it any one can

Great schedule, I get BORED doing the same thing every day! waiting

I have recently added the 7 minute workout to my running and have been mixing up the 30 Day Shred by Jillian (I still do most of it but change up the moves a little here and there)

I have also started the 30 day Ab Challenge to the line up sooooo, I hopefully can eat all I want come November and F&W laugh

Good morning! Sorry Watchmaker, took that photo off since it was sideways! I will put it back up once I download all 800+photos that I took! That will take a while. waiting
Trying to get caught up on laundry and bills!! And also trying to get back to normal after traveling so long. It takes me a good week to feel like I have my routine back.
Hope everyone is keeping active. We surely did, but we did eat "bad" some nights. Especially after hiking 8-10 miles, a salad just doesn't cut it! laugh Carbs were abundant those days!
Got back to my walking and weights yesterday between laundry. I am glad to say that I didn't gain a pound while we were gone though. I am really surprised in a way. I know I toned up the legs, but eating things I don't do on a daily basis could have put on some extra weight.
Well better get back to it. Hope you all are doing great! Have a good day!!
Oh forgot to mention....it's my DD's birthday today!!! clapping

I've been slacking off a bit.... added 2 pounds back on during the hubby's bday trip to Charlotte over the weekend.... too much good food and not enough exercise. I was planning on getting back into the swing of things today but alas.... a cold has hit me. Sore throat, exhausted, headaches and chills all day. Homemade chicken noodle soup to save the day!

Glad you had a wonderful trip Boomer can't wait to see pics

Great job designed! Keep up the good work!

Forge on everyone!!!
