Disney's Hollywood Studios is home to a new trio of temporary quick service kiosks. Echo Lake Eats is made up of Hollywood Waffles of Fame, Sliders to the Stars, and Bocados del Lago Nachos y Empanadas. The kiosks will provide guests with additional food options throughout the busy summer months.

Tiffins, the signature dining restaurant at Disney's Animal Kingdom, is scheduled to open Friday, May 27, and as of today reservations are now available! Also available as of today are reservations for the new dining package for The Jungle Book: Alive with Magic show.

For many years when I would visit Epcot I'd walk past the Canada pavilion without much of a second thought. However in recent years I've changed my opinion about this previously overlooked pavilion and it is most definitely on my list of must-always-visit areas in World Showcase.
