This is a BIG weekend at Disney Springs as several new eateries are opening on Sunday, May 15, including Sprinkles, YeSake, D-Luxe Burgers, and B.B. Wolf's Sausage Co.!

The 2016 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival kicks off September 14 for a record 62 days and we're getting a little more information about what we can expect this year. More than 30 festival marketplaces will be part of the festival along with culinary demos, special events, and more.

Summer officially begins on Memorial Day Weekend at the Walt Disney World Resort with the debut of several new experiences at Disney's Animal Kingdom. But the magic continues throughout the summer as new experiences and attractions open at all four theme parks.

It's a good time to be a foodie at the Walt Disney World Resort. This weekend several new restaurants are opening at Disney Springs, and STK Orlando is taking reservations ahead of its scheduled opening on May 25.

The Invictus Games Orlando 2016 kicked off Sunday, May 8, with a star-studded opening ceremony at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Earlier in the day the athletes were welcomed to the Magic Kingdom during a parade down Main Street U.S.A.

Twenty-five years ago, on September 29,1991, Beauty and the Beast premiered at the New York Film Festival, no small feat considering that the film was unfinished. Not only did that first audience forgive the footage for missing the Ink & Paint Department, but they applauded as loudly as they would have applauded at a Broadway show. The film enjoyed a slum dunk release in its finished form at El Capitan Theater and was well received around the world. We were all so busy praising the film that it would have been easy to miss the dedication:

A few weeks ago we talked about our favorite snacks at Epcot, which is our favorite spot to snack in all of Walt Disney World. But, I'll admit right here that the Magic Kingdom is home to several of my favorite snacks in all of Disney World. So today let's take a peek at my must-have snacks at the Magic Kingdom.

Tickets are on sale today for the 2016 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, with a twist. The ticket prices are tiered based on what day you want to attend the party with pricing going up the closer you get to the holidays.

This summer Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is hosting the inaugural Frozen Games with hosts Olaf and Kristoff. The games begin May 27 and run every day until August 21.
