My friends and I did a lot of eating at the Epcot International Flower And Garden Festival where the Outdoor Kitchens around World Showcase are providing country after country of bright farm fresh foods. That being said - I only made a return trip to one booth while we were there, and that was to the indulgent pop up Fleur De Lys.
Happy Thursday! We're so close to the weekend! It's been another busy week of Disney news and we've rounded it up. In today's news we have the dates for the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic, updates on security measures, and much more.
Still thinking of the perfect gift for your Disney loving mom? Last week we had some sensational suggestions for classic gifts, but if you're mom is more galactic hero than perfect princess, take a look at the great gifts below. Go Rogue in style with this Rebel vs. Empire Twill and Vegan Leather Handbag, Wallet, and Lightweight Scarf. No one will doubt that mom is a fashion force, and she'll fit right in when meeting up with the other double agents for tea.
One of my favorite parts of the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival is the Twinings Tea Garden in the UK Pavilion. To be clear, the English garden behind The Tea Caddy is one of my favorite all year long, but during the Flower and Garden Festival, it gets dotted with these adorable giant tea cups that are each planted with varieties of ingredients for one of Twining's Tea blends.
The garden setting of Epcot's Japan Pavilion is a spectacular showpiece of the park no matter what time of year you visit. However during the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival the horticulturists reach out to expert Bonsai artists to bring their most spectacular trees for display in the pavilion.
Happy Monday! We have some exciting news to report about Pandora - The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom, plus Disney is giving guests a sneak preview of the theme song for the new nighttime spectacular at the Magic Kingdom.
I recently had a chance to dine at the Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen in the Magic Kingdom. The table service location has been open since late 2015, serving up exotic eats with Jungle Cruise humor. My first dinner there did not disappoint (for the most part).
Happy Friday! We've made it through another week and we're that much closer to the weekend. Today we have a lot of Disney news including a new cake decorating class in Disney Springs, a new musical show at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and much more! Let's dive in and check it out.
Every now and then I come across a Disney tidbit that I probably should have know but escaped me. My most recent trip held one of these rediscovered gems when my friends and I went in search of the much overlooked "Spitting Gargoyle." We found him stoically waiting for us in the lobby of Impressions des France.
