When The World Needs Magic

I'll admit it; I'm having a rough time writing this week. The day-to-day world is not a nice place, and Orlando, Florida has had much more than its share of tragedy for the time. Yesterday, I called my boss to ask how I was supposed to write happy Walt Disney World stories amidst all the pain and horror the past week has held. In a calm and reassuring way, I was told that it was all right for me to take time to grieve, but reminded that the world still needs magic.

The Ganachery Opens December 15th At The Landing in Disney Springs

Called "The Ganachery," this new high-end experience delving into the world of chocolate will be something to remember.

Like magic the overnight transformation has taken place, decking out Main Street U.S.A. for a fashionable fall. It takes a team of 40 cast members from Disney's Holiday Services Department to place, plant, and hang up the atmospheric accessories that signal the beginning of Fall and kick off Halloweentime.

Yes, Again! Why I Keep Going Back to Walt Disney World

Disney fans that travel frequently to the Parks generally experience one great frustration at home that unites us. No, it's not the desire to get back down to our Walt Disney World home. It's not the wallet draining price increases when we begrudgingly fork over the cash for our next trip. Diane Disney Miller, Walt Disney's Daughter, Passes Away At Age 79

It is with great sadness and heavy heart that we must report the death of Diane Disney Miller, daughter of Walt Disney. She passed away in her Napa, California home on Tuesday, November 19th due to complications from a sudden fall she took in September. Diane Disney Miller was 79 years old.
