March is full of festive food events at Disney Springs! We told you before about the Mighty St. Patricks Day Festival, but if the Emerald Isle isn't quite your style, maybe you'd prefer a journey to the Far East and Morimoto Asia's 2nd Annual Sakura Festival. The festival is a month-long celebration of the traditional arrival of Japanese cherry blossoms.

It's vacation time; you've said good-bye to the daily grind, and hello to some rest and relaxation! Relax at Disney? Is that even possible? Most families I know come home telling me that they need a vacation from their vacation. Walt Disney World is packed with more great adventures than should ever be crammed into one trip. Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' Florida Kitchen & Shine Bar is one of my favorite spots to eat at Disney Springs these days. The state-of-the-art gondola system Disney Skyliner has been making its first test runs over the past week. The system will conveniently connect Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot to four resort hotels- Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort as well as the proposed 15th Disney Vacation Club property, Disney's Riviera Resort.

Time is getting short until the start of the Epcot's 2019 Flower and Garden Festival! The full menus are out and it looks like once again guests at Epcot will have access to some of the most creative and delicious things imaginable coming out of the garden.
