It's that time of year again: time to start planning your visit to the 2015 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the foodie fest and guests will have a chance to enjoy some new booths and special events.
The largest, most nerd-tastic convention event is over for another year. Every single fandom saw huge turnouts at San Diego Comic-Con as news, trailers, and panels showcased everything that is on the horizon. This convention was especially important for Star Wars fans and fanatics because this is the first time we have seen the original cast together in almost twenty years.
The Walt Disney World Resort has recently reversed a long-standing decision that forbid a Sikh cast member from performing his job in sight of park guests because his appearance violated the company's "Disney Look." The cast member, Gurdit Singh, is now allowed to wear a turban and a long, tied beard in his position as a mail carrier.
No Reservation? No Problem! Walt Disney World offers several bars and lounges on property where you can order a top-notch meal right at the bar. Eating at the bar is a great option for solo travelers as it gives you the option of chatting up the bartender for fun gossip and up to the minute Disney information. While there are many Disney lounges that offer food, these five bar meals are my favorites!
As constructions continues at Avatar Land in Disney's Animal Kingdom we're learning more about what will be included in the new themed area including new attractions, bio-luminescent plants, and even the blue Na'vi from the film.
As the temperatures continue to soar during the Coolest Summer Ever at the Walt Disney World Resort it seemed like a good time to talk about the "coolest attractions" in the theme parks. And we're not talking about 'Oh man, Space Mountain is so cool!' but rather we're talking about the attractions that are "cool" and where you won't melt into a puddle on the sidewalk.
The Walt Disney World Resort has recently removed two controversial items from its theme parks. A confederate banner was removed from a flag display at Epcot's American Adventure pavilion and a bust of comedian Bill Cosby was removed from Disney's Hollywood Studios.
You'll shimmer by the light of the moon in this breezy summer nights look inspired by Minnie Mouse. Beaded onto the neckline of soft and flowy tank top are clusters of diamond-like faceted gems and golden studs to create a bejeweled mouse collar design. A sheer back panel features polka dot print, and a soft, pretty bow tied at the neck.
The narrator list for the 2015 Candlelight Processional at Epcot has been announced. This year's list includes Whoopi Goldberg, Neil Patrick Harris, Edward James Olmos, and Amy Grant. The nightly performances begin Friday, November 27.
When Disney fans talk BBQ, one of the first spots to indulge you'll hear about is the Flame Tree Barbecue at Disney's Animal Kingdom. For the past several months, this popular spot has been closed for refurbishment. Time to rejoice is finally here because Flame Tree is open for business again, and has two new fresh dishes on the menu to tempt your tastebuds.
