Last week we covered four fantastic breakfast eateries inside the Disney Parks. This week we're taking a look at a couple fan favorites, and some truly unique breakfast options at Walt Disney World. Whether you're staying at one of the hotels, want to get some resort hopping in, or head to Downtown Disney for some shopping, these eateries are going to help fuel both your body and spirit so you're in top condition for your day ahead.

Something I look forward to during every race weekend are the speakers at the Health & Fitness Expo. This year's Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend has a phenomenal line up of speakers that you won't want to miss! All presentations will take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, but keep in mind that the presentations will take place in HP Field House where packet pick-up is, not in the Josten's Center where it usually is. The Expo times are as follows:

A heads up to those of you whose Disney plans include Disney's BoardWalk Inn: The Boardwalk Bakery will be closed for a major refurbishment soon.

The bakery, which is set to be closed as of January 6, is undergoing a transformation that's said to include a new entrance way, a new queue and the addition of a new refillable mug station. In addition, the bakery's menu will be expanded to include more grub besides baked goods (think sandwiches, soups and salads).

There's a new Vinylmation in town! Recently announced is the runDisney Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend Vinylmation. The new figure will be released on January 10, 2013 and will retail for $12.95. It is not clear if it will be available at the Health & Fitness Expo or just at D-Street in Downtown Disney.

Everyone loves some great looking mouse ears and over the past couple of season Disney has kicked up production and released dozens of new styles. Hang onto your hat though because 2013 has been declared the Year of the Ear!

When talking about Disney Dining there's often a big focus on what's for dinner, sometimes we tend to forget that there are other meals in the day. At heart, I'm a breakfast girl, and some of you out there may be as well, after all "they" say it's our most important meal. I love all sorts of breakfast foods, and with late nights at the park my family tends to sleep in and often we don't even get out of the room before 10:00am.

One of the most beautiful little shops located on the Piazza at Epcot's Italy has got to be the elegant little gem showcasing the art of the Venetian Mask. Brad's covered it here before in a stunning photo post. I wanted to take a closer look, and share some information about just what these exquisite pieces of functional artwork are.

Disney has announced a brand new sweepstakes for the coming of 2013 and you could win some Disney Time! Starting on January 1st, and throughout the remainder of the month Disney Parks will award no less than 31 Vacations! Hopeful fans may submit one entry daily by choosing one of their choice of the following vacations, at either the Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resorts. There's even a special trip geared just towards Grown Ups!

Tonight is the night! Be sure to tune in to ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2013. Why? Because during the broadcast Maria Menounos will be making an exciting announcement from Disney Parks.

The 124th Rose Parade on January 1, 2013, marks 75 years of the Walt Disney Company's involvement with the Pasadena, California New Year's Day institution.
