The Magic Kingdom is home to a variety of great counter service locations and no matter what you're craving, you're sure to find that perfect place. But despite all the delicious options, there's one counter service spot that I just have to visit every single time I'm in the Magic Kingdom, and that place is Casey's Corner.

The iconic Sorcerer's Hat at Disney's Hollywood Studios is now surrounded by construction walls and the process of dismantling the hat has started. The most recent photos of the hat show nearly half of the park's former symbol has been removed but there is still quite a bit of hat left to go.

Minnie Mouse is known for her signature style "must," and that's lots of dots! This swingy casual dress with a touch of elastane in the fabric is a comfortable and stylish frock perfect for a Dapper Day at the Parks (Saturday, March 14th at the Magic Kingdom). Looking for a spot to wet your whistle before you start your Asian adventure? Head on over to the Upcountry for some magnificent margaritas. I'd hesitate to put Upcountry in the category of bar or lounge, but it's one little kiosk serving up some really big flavors.

There is no stopping Frozen. The animated juggernaut that is essentially taking over all things Disney is getting a 13,000 square foot building expansion in Epcot's World Showcase between Mexico and Norway. The project is reportedly named the 'Epcot Frozen Meet and Greet.'

If you can't wait until the new live-action Cinderella arrives in theaters in March, you can catch a sneak peek of the film starting January 17 at Disney's Hollywood Studios. And, as an added bonus guests at the park will also have a chance to see the golden coach from the film.

Another new restaurant has been announced for The Landing area at Disney Springs. STK by The ONE Hospitality, Inc., is scheduled to open later this year and will be one of the largest STK locations in the world at more than 14,000 square feet.

Researchers with the Disney Research have developed a new video technique that will automatically detect unusual giraffe behaviors at night. The technique was tested by monitoring four giraffes at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.
