Over the past few years it seems like there has been a lot of "Blue Sky" planning for Walt Disney World's Downtown Disney area but very little actually happening to change the face and feeling of this popular location. Many feel that sections of the shopping, dinning and entertainment district have been suffering from a lack of identity and direction since the closure of Pleasure Island in 2008.

The main event concludes an exciting weekend of girl power that draws in athletes from around the world. The participants begin their run across the Walt Disney World at 5:35 a.m. to minimize traffic disruption, and the course should be clear by 9 a.m. as both parks open up to the public.
Walt Disney World is known for the exciting and detailed themes of it's Resort Hotels. They not only offer a safe and clean room to stay in close to the Parks but through the magic of Imagineering have a way of transporting you from the reality of Central Florida to exotic locals around the globe and even into the worlds of Disney Movies. A Victorian summerhouse on the shores of the Seven Seas Lagoon sits along side the brilliant white Disney Wedding Chappel. This summerhouse is home to an enchanting re-creation of Franck's studio from the hit Touchstone movie "Father of the Bride." Franck's is the home to Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings and showcases it's offerings in an elegantly styled environment of possibilities where couples can meet in with their planners to discuss how to make dreams come true.
Disney's outstanding commitment to the communities of Central Florida not only brings magic to families through the Disney Parks and Resorts but through a vast array of charitable giving programs and Disney VoluntEARS. The Cast Members are truly the ones who bring the magic home and in 2012, Disney Cast Members dubbed "VoluntEARS" gave upwards of 216,000 hours toward improving the lives of Central Floridians.
If you've been to the Disney Parks in the past several years, you've probably seen displays of Mickey-shaped plastic figurines decorated to look like other other characters, rides, or seemingly random colorful designs. Those little plastic Mickeys are called Vinylmations. They can be bought or traded at Disney parks and Disney stores in several countries.
The America Adventure's very own Voices of Liberty a cappella group is honoring Presidents Day for some Limited Time Magic musical performances. These stirring concerts will take place at Epcot's America Gardens Theatre daily from February 18 to February 24, 2013.

If you're up to a little pre-planing La Hacienda de San Angel might be just the spot you're looking for.
Many of us have dreamed of becoming Disney Cast Members at one point or another. Many young adult fans consider the Disney College program, but did you know that Disney also offers professional internships?
