Food at Disney World is an attraction in and of itself for many guests; here are some food news tidbits from around WDW.

First up are snacks. It looks like fans of the sweet cream cheese-filled pretzel can now get their fix at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The pretzels can be found on the Streets of America at the Pretzel Garden. Next, guests can use a Disney Dining Plan snack credit (or pay $3.19) to grab a Citrus Swirl. Kick Back With A Rose Gold Sunset Margarita At The Barefoot Pool Bar

Summer 2019 Is Disney's season of the rose gold snacks, and you can find these edible delights in one form or another all across property. Most of the pretty pink treats are of the sugary cupcake variety, but I found one that's got a little more grown-up kick to it. The Barefoot Pool Bar at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is popular with Disney fans for its reliably friendly bar tenders and pleasing tropical cocktails.

Tips For Managing Nutrition At Walt Disney World

Many people feel like vacations are a time to let it all go, relax, and simply take the world as it come. I've even heard it said that calories don't count at Disney! I love the way that sounds, but the truth is that many people need to be able to maintain a healthful way of eating while on vacation just as much as they do at home. Indulging comes with the territory when you travel, but there's no reason good nutrition has to go completely off the rails simply because you're away from home. Use a combination of these simple tips to help keep your meal plan on track.

The Heart of Te Fiti At Pineapple Lanai

One of my favorite things about staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is the easy access to Dole Whip without having to make a trip into a Park. That's because just outside the back door of the Great Ceremonial House is a wonderful little walk-up window and patio called the Pineapple Lanai that serves nothing but Dole Whip. This summer, in honor of the far-away place, Pineapple Lanai is serving up the Heart of Te Fiti.

Cocktail Popsicles Debut In Epcot's Italy Pavilion

I think someone should start a petition to make this new Disney Food Blog find available at every frozen novelty stand in Walt Disney World. What grown-up deliciousness am I talking about? It's the Cocktail Popsicles that have popped up at the Gelati Donkey Cart in Epcot's Italy Pavilion.

Where To Eat In Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge

The countdown is on for the first debut of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. We recently got a peek at the new menus that are set to keep weary travelers fueled and on the go for what is sure to be an arduous journey to outer reaches of the galaxy. The remote nature of Black Spire Outpost and the planet Batuu means that it's a place with an appreciation for farm to table dining, so guests can be assured they will be able to taste exotic fare inspired by the local culture.

Limoncello Flight At Maria & Enzo's Ristorante

May 6th is National Beverage Day, and I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than talking about the Limoncello Flight at Maria & Enzo's Ristorante in Disney Springs. While you can find great beverages all across the vacation kingdom, this one stands out as an excellent introduction to Italian after-dinner liqueurs.
