Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto Celebrates Soft Opening at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

This past weekend was the soft opening of Trader Sam's Grog Grotto at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. And if you happened to get in during the soft opening, consider yourself lucky! Word on the street is there was a several-hour wait just to get in to the new Tiki bar.

Guests Can Enjoy a Tennis Vacation at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex

Disney Announces ‘Coolest Summer Ever’ and Plans to Kick Off Summer with a 24-Hour Party

Walt Disney World Resort has announced that this summer will be the 'Coolest Summer Ever' and to kick off the cool season there will be a 24-hour party on May 22-23 at the Magic Kingdom. Disney made the announcement from a still snowy Boston where a little bit of summer was created thanks to a 20-foot-wide beach complete with Cinderella Castle and Olaf.

We love visiting Epcot for many reasons. Some of our favorite attractions at Walt Disney World are located in Epcot, and for the most part it's the one park where you don't feel overwhelmed by crowds (even if it IS crowded). But we really love visiting Epcot because it is one of our favorite places to eat at Walt Disney World.

This year the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is celebrating 25 Years ... and beyond of creating amazing vacation magic. Disney's unique concept of a time share and the things that it would offer its owners shook up the industry when it first debuted and has been providing world class service ever since. One of the most iconic sights at the Disney is the fun and fantastic highway in the sky known as the Walt Disney World monorail. For many Disney fans no trip to the vacation kingdom is complete without a ride on one of the 3 separate lines that make up the system traveling throughout Walt Disney World Resort. The Monorail System regularly operates from 30 minutes prior to earliest park opening until one hour after latest park closing, for many guests it's the first and last Disney ride of every trip.

While I'm not exactly a thrill-seeker when I'm on vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort, there are a few attractions that are always on my must-do list.
